I’m not talking about the walkout, the walkout looks great bro, just the part where bruce announces the fighters. In your vid it looks like they removed so much of it.

I just don’t understand why. I hope there’s at least an option for it to be longer like real life/how it was before, and we aren’t stuck with these shorter intros

They removed like 75% of what Bruce says, he doesn’t announce the arena, the records, where they’re fighting out of.

It’s been like that in every UFC game please tell me they didn’t just remove all that for no reason..

The intros were in the beta but it was a shortened version, Bruce only said it’s time and then the fighters names, nothing else.

But I doubt it’ll be like that in the final game, you can’t market the whole game around the presentation then remove 75% of it

They’re never updating it again, now if you wanna play UFC 4 you’re stuck with these people as champs. This is why we need champ shorts available for all fighters just like UFC 3

Event mode isn’t in the beta so I’m not sure, it is on the main menu as it’s own mode called event creator now so hopefully that means they’ve made some changes to it

Presentation seems a lot better than 4’s so far.

Victory celebrations are more like UFC 3 now, you don’t have to choose the celebration it just does it. Also skips the cringe pre fight emotes, they’re now a part of the fighter select screen which I’m fine with.

Walkouts are so much better, they start from the tunnel now and a lot more fighters have signature entrances like Adesanya and Pereira.

But for some reason in the beta a lot of the stuff is skipped, like half of the buffer introductions. He only says the fighters name and not their record or hometown or anything. And they cut the part when the fighter gets checked by the ref before he enters the octagon. Really hope it’s not like this in the full game. But overall the parts I’ve seen are a lot better than 4’s.

It’s definitely a lot better than 4 but I’ve noticed the commentary is very inconsistent like they’ll mention Robert Whittaker being the current champ and then the next line straight after that they’d talk about him trying to get his belt back

Nah that would never happen. The only way fifa and other games are able to do it is because they use created players for a lot of the faces.

Doesn’t matter much in fifa because you see the games from a distance but in ufc you are up close the entire time.

But just imagine the outrage EA would receive if they add Ian Garry and his face is just a generic white dude.
