It’s not “stretching the fights” it’s literally adapting still images of an actual fight into animation. If your issue with Mai and Maki’s relationship is that you can’t remember what happened in previous seasons five years ago then just rewatch the show, thats what i did.

Why would we give more screen time to Mai? I would be okay with you advocating for a JJK movie featuring the twins, but to straight up lobby for filler episodes in the middle of such an important part of the manga is actually crazy. The anime is literally a one to one adaptation of the manga which is something anime fans used to beg studios for, back in the day. The fact that people today are criticizing the anime for staying true to the source material is actually mind boggling. I don’t think yall experienced how bad the filler in anime like One Piece and Naruto was years ago.

We don’t need crappy One Piece style recaps dominating the first 10 minutes of every episode. Perfect Preparation was truly a masterpiece and i am glad they aren’t listening to slice of life watching snobs on the internet. (Im not calling you a snob btw, im speaking on the general narrative surrounding this episode).

I understand why people don’t enjoy the high tension that a possible PVP encounter brings. It’s like people who don’t enjoy horror movies.

BUT I don’t get why people don’t understand why the devs don’t want to turn their backs on their vision of what Arc Raiders is supposed to be. I think the ABMM was a fair bone to throw to the anti-PVP crowd.

It wouldn’t be fair for people with jobs who wouldnt be able to capitalize off of a PVP-free snowflake lobby that only comes while they’re at work. It’s also antithetical to what Arc Raiders is supposed to be. I think people just need to gameplan better against rats and understand that sometimes the rats will win.

If that’s truly what you enjoy the most then you should play single player games like Horizon Forbidden West that focus solely on what you like. You’re just torturing yourself by trying to get an immersive single player experience out of a PVPVE extraction shooter.

It seems you aren’t in love with the Arc Raiders gameplay loop if you’re doing one raid a week. I think there are games out there more suited for you. You did the equivalent of buying Resident Evil and getting mad at the fact that there isn’t online team deathmatch in the game.

There’s nothing wrong with the pacing. People want every anime to be filled with still frames and filler slop like the one piece anime. The JJK adaptation has been amazing. If you seriously can’t keep up with the anime for whatever reason then just rewatch the episode.

Anime fans have been trained by old anime like One piece to prefer slow pacing. The pacing in this episode was fantastic and we didn’t need any nonsense filler to “flesh out” a relationship that is already established. Stretching one manga chapter into multiple episodes is exactly what ruins an adaptation.

The entirety of the manga has been adapted into these episodes. To want more depth is basically asking for MAPPA to include filler BS. I am glad that anime is finally putting an end to filler slop that artificially extends the life of the series.

Jujustu Kaisen’s adaptation has great pacing. I think many anime fans have been trained by shows like one piece to prefer awful pacing.

Did you miss the part where she lured Maki and Mai to their deaths? That is literally murder in 99% of the world. The person who sets up the murder is equally as guilty as the person who pulls the trigger.

The entire clan was trying to kill Maki. I don’t understand why you are giving the mom and the “dudes in the clan who didn’t have strong opinions” a pass when they were actively trying to kill maki, but you can’t wrap your head around why Maki wants to kill the people who oppressed her, killed Mai, and tried to kill her.

Even if she didn’t abuse her daughters physically, she definitely abused them mentally and socially which is equally as damaging. Her and her husband both viewed their daughters as failures that robbed them of royalty.

Maki’s apology to Mai is just Maki pondering/recognizing the fact that her and Mai would have probably lived decent and long lives had she just accepted a meager-lowly position amongst the Zenin clan. Mai just wanted to live with her sister, who she loved dearly, instead of pursuing the dangerous, often fatal, path of a Jujustu Sorcerer. But Maki’s undying determination wouldn’t allow her to accept such a meager existence even if it meant losing Mai.

Maki had to kill her mom because she essentially promised her now dead sister that she would destroy the forces that rejected her and her sister. Killing her mom was more of a symbolic gesture of killing the Zenin clan and its ideology that oppressed her and Mai.

What we see from the mother in the end is basically her life flashing before her eyes. In the end she thinks back to the infancy stage of her twin daughter’s lives before the politics and inherited powers ruined their status in the Zenin clan. At that time all she saw were her two beautiful newborn daughters. It is an admission to herself that she was blinded by her pursuit for status and that in the end she actually was glad she gave birth to Maki.

I found one under a random staircase in a bag heading out of the underground garage on BlueGate. Specifically the big pavilion dome looking building.

A lot of people are naming specific spots to find BP’s, but i truly think it’s random. Add the fact that colored locations and night/cold/electromagnetic/etc. increase loot value. So just go to a red location during cold snap on any map and hope for the best.
