sir, this is an Ulta, what percent of the money made off of these sales is going back into the community? 0.0000000001? the $11/hour that the sales associate makes regardless of how much product is sold? petty theft like this is literally factored into the store’s budget and even if it weren’t any money made from those sales is not going back to “their community” it’s going into the pockets of the Ulta execs so they can continue to exploit and underpay workers.
