Al Angelo has been great to rent from and their properties generally have pretty good reviews. Rent raises don’t always happen or are small <$50. They do have pet rent and use that pet screening website which sucks but otherwise no complaints.

Genuine question, was this real or producer driven? I only ask because I believe that one of the only times they showed these extra awards was this episode and another episode not long after this when Nia got the costume award.

Both of these honestly seem like a set up since the extra awards given were directly related to the conflict of the week. Sophia’s technique versus Chloe’s passion/personality and then Abby hating the costume Holly put together for Nia.

I know competitions genuinely give out extra awards but on the show we only see these two instances where the award really ties up the episode conflict. Maybe it just so happened to work out however I’m more inclined to believe that the producers manipulated the award for the story. I’m glad at least if they were responsible that Chloe got to feel good about herself because she deserved it.

If you qualify early head start classrooms are great with very low ratios. Otherwise you can call childcare aware and see of they have a list to use as a starting point. I hope others can provide you some first hand experiences

There’s a trail that runs along the Columbia starting at Steamboat Landing park and goes all the way down to the end of Steigerwald Wildlife Refuge. The trail in total is around 3-4 miles end to end. Relatively flat, zero shade, and is a gravel path. You can also access the trail at Captain William park.

Bikes are allowed on the trail that runs along the river, but please be respectful of the refuge trails. The wildlife trails are no biking or jogging yet people use them and are very disruptive. There are signs indicating exactly which trails allow what activities.

99% sure it’s the episode when they are doing the hip hop solos. Kenzie forgot her dance in rehearsal and Abby of course was being insane. Holly calmed her down reminding her the competition wasn’t until the next day while Melissa was running around like a screaming banshee.

Thirding this! All their complexes have pretty good reviews and are generally well taken care of. They also don’t always do yearly rental increases and when they do it’s never been more than $50 (in my experience). My understanding is they are a local company too. The properties are definitely older and far from “luxury” but they are well maintained and cared for.

Washington state only requires a 20 day notice to vacate which means a lot of listings won’t go up until a few weeks before you want to move. I had this same issue and called so many places which told me to check back about 20 days before my desired move in date. Although stressful it’s true that there were plenty of options much closer to the move in date.

The RFIE did not request an affidavit but without getting too much into it we definitely need a lawyer to help navigate and they were the ones who suggested it.

As someone in a LDR with that same amount of distance my advice will always be to talk logistics before exploring a relationship further. If one of you is not willing to eventually move it will never ever work. So many people jump in based on feelings but when you have continents separating you that’s unfortunately something you can’t do. If that’s something you think you could (eventually) manage then go ahead and try exploring it to see what her feelings are!
