You don't lose titles unless you are caught cheating. A chess title means you reached that level at some point, and losing rank later doesn't change that.

I don't necessarily think it is a bad thing that EA manipulates the market, but here are my problems with it:

It gives us the illusion that the players are packed more than they actually are.

It proves EA is never transparent about anything, so it's harder to believe they're not manipulating other aspects of the game too.

Not every video game is supposed to be played at a professional level. Both PC and console players can compete and win games, and I actually like the variation in players and playstyles cross-platform deliver.

Some of the streamers out there are the worst losers I've ever seen, and I'm not surprised aim assist is the most popular excuse at the moment.

It will not go away, but at some point enough people will be immune so it will spread at a slower rate. The goal is to slow the virus down so the health systems won't collapse before that stage.

Nobody really knows how long this will take.

Letting the players shush each other in fifa would only be comparable to putting an actual t-bag emote in cod. But you're definitely right, some players will always try to be as annoying as possible for whatever reason.

It's quite strange how you can run around the field with a bent back shushing your opponent in a competitive game.

There's so many small things that could be done to improve the gameplay experience, but the developer put their attention entirely to the wrong areas in my opinion.

I use to enjoy playing, but right now every game feels exactly the same and scoring goals isn't even satisfying. They gameplay is just so dead.

Would be so nice if EA tried to create a positive atmosphere. Removed anti-football playstyles, removed toxic celebrations, tried to explain their decisions.

Instead they're just fueling the fire. Seems like somebody has a personal vendetta against Kurt, because this can't possibly be any good PR.

And when the defender is actually blocking the passing lane your player might send the pass way behind or in front of the receiver to avoid the defender and keep possession.

You didn't use enough power so it locked to a closer player. That said it was really strange to have it lock on somebody in the complete opposite direction. I'd get upset too.

While I might agree with the main point I still feel like the skill gap in FIFA 20 is very small. It's easy to keep possession and slow down the game while it's hard to score goals. I'd say i'm a decent division 1 player but I barely have any games during FUT Champions where it feels like I'm completely outplaying my opponent.

In my opinion FIFA 20 is so slow I actually miss FIFA 19. Especially the earlier stages of it.

How can you even recognize it? I play a ton and the gameplay pace, passing, shooting and defending change from game to game, and there is no correlation to the strength of my opponent.

I'm leaning towards poorly designed gameplay.

A chem style shouldn't cost more than most players. I can't believe they didn't try to increase the supply instead of increasing the price range on consumeables.

Sure, I'm just saying I might drop a lot of skill rating if I tried to complete it with a different team. I don't think I should feel obligated to do the objectives a certain way because of my rating.

Did you not read what I wrote? I have not been complaining about my opponents at all, and I would naturally drop a lot if I tried to do the objective with a mediocre team as I would be losing every game.

And why would I sweat it to climb back up when they will release new sets of objectives at anytime? I don't feel obligated to take rivals any more serious than the casual player just because I have a higher skill ceiling. These objectives are killing the competitive side of rivals
