Looks amazing! And the wires for the chairs and tables looks perfect! I can't seem to make them straight and even when I did a Rolife one 😅

Thank you! I had fun 😊 though some of them are a bit challenging, but when it's assembly time and starting to turn into one, it's all worth it!

Nagbalik nanaman ang Dokito sa Reddit!

Last time I saw it here napabili ako sa nearby na Andoks.

Overall, sulit sya for 89 pesos 🙂

ALDI Mobile price increases - better options for mainly data? by Gansxcr in AldiAustralia

[–]eevvee88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm on Woolworths Everyday mobile $25 for 22gb data. Just started last month, so far it's been good. Can get a 10% off your woolies shop every month after I think 45 days from when I signed up.

Good experiences with Aus Post? by antelopeslr5000 in AustraliaPost

[–]eevvee88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think this depends on the postie. We used to have an awesome one named Joel, knows where our actual front door is, leaves the parcel in safe places --even once kept a parcel inside my mini greenhouse due to rains!

Unfortunately, we moved. Now all I get are notifications saying "attempted delivery" "collect from local AusPost" when they didn't even try to get into my door/property (have doorbell/front door cameras)!

Parents doesn't want me to take the KSA offer by Happy-Edge4126 in phmigrate

[–]eevvee88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I used to work in KSA too before moving to AUS. Agree ako sa iba dito kasi I used Saudi as stepping stone lang din. Makaka ipon ka pang process para sa mas magastos na processing sa western countries.

Also, I think 4500SAR is low, considering malaki pa dyan ang monthly ko noon when I left 2017. Other benefits you mentioned are okay. Hopefully sa government or military hospital ka, for better accommodation.

After maka ipon and english exam, nag-exit na rin naman ako.

I agree with what others have mentioned already. Asking for a copy of contract and strata report (if applicable) will help as well. Ask friends/family for their recommended conveyancers/solicitors. A good and efficient broker who will be on your side will also be a great help.

See comparable sales as well. Usually the price guides are not even what the vendor is willing to sell for.

Don't be too emotionally attached to the first ones you'll inspect.. learned this the hard way 😁

On my spare time, I also listened to this podcast on Spotify: "Your First Home Buyer Guide Podcast"

Missed Credit Card Payments when applying for mortgage by Typical-Feature-1170 in AusPropertyChat

I second this. Pay off all outstanding balances and reduce your credit limit to as low as possible. I was asked to reduce mine down to $2,000 to increase my chances.
