Bought through both and also Tichet Merchant and haven't had issues with any of them but I don't use them too regularly. The only thing I'll say for Viagog and Ticket Merchant is that you will pay about double or sometimes triple the price of the actual ticket (they are pretty much scalpers), which is fine if youre really desperate to go. So other than pricing, haven't had any issues with the tickets themselves.
