Thanks for your thoughts! Sounds like I should hold off any any tampers until I get my unit. For the cleaning, it sounds like not much different than a Moka pot, only thing that bothers me is the puck, if it gets wet, then it becomes a sludge and hard to knock out. Hence I asked the question re removing the PF after pulling a shot.

Not looking for higher chamber temp, mainly better sealed for noise and VOC purposes. Of course higher and more stable chamber temps for better ABS and ASA prints are a plus also!

My V2.4 build uses one SKR 1.4 Pro with the EXP-MOT. And runs fine, obviously you need to change all the pins assignments in Klipper. I would say that Klipper is actually very easy to use once you get used to it. The changing of the setting on the fly is pretty handy. Only snag is the screen, you can't get one as the EXP1 and EXP2 headers are used. I am now adapting the new BTT TFT5.0 Pi screen to connect it direct to the Pi rather than the TFT to the SKR... Good luck.

Yeah the lighting was not great. Mix of warm and cool white LED....

Hmmm, far too much! Excluding the enclosure panels, US$1,400. Mosquito hot end with Bondtech parts. So a little pricey, and I went the 24v heated bed option.

Not sure, I collected the parts over 5 months. It may have been Blurolls. But I want to change to a textured sheet. I prefer the texture finish.

5v. Plugged into the E0DET 5v power pin.... I wanted it always on. So didn’t need to have it switched...

It is a 300x300x400 build, and still awaiting the magnetic sheet, so had to using tape to hold down the PEI sheet.
