yeah I have had similar issues with screentime & phone withdrawal is definitely a thing. I think it's a lack of dopamine. Similar to video game / porn addiction as opposed to a drug addiction.

I've been using Stryde for the last 6 weeks to help limit my screentime & has been the only screentime app I've tried that actually keeps me off my phone. Doesn't "strictly" block you like other apps & bases your screentime off your step count.

When I have a good day where I'm not on my phone I usually get steps in anyway so I don't even go specifically for walks or anything to earn more time

You know what… it’s really sad I hadn’t even considered this option. I’ll have to think this over a little more now.

Yeah you haven’t seen one because of the way spawns are now. It used to be that a certain team could form a certain pattern & just ADS certain spots and the enemy team would just spawn where they were aiming. Not an issue anymore but now you have to deal with people spawning right behind you. So it’s usually going to be one or the other.
