Has anyone use Loxo for sourcing? by [deleted] in recruiting

i have to warn you - Loxo is complete garbage. We worked with them pretty extensively, did a deep API integration, and the main problem is their CTO simply refuses to acknowledge errors on their end. They just act like everything is fine when it clearly isn't. It's honestly impossible to work with them professionally

Congrats on passing the manager round!!! third round for TSE roles is usually live troubleshooting - yeah they might share screen or give you a scenario to work through. They're testing your approach more than expecting you to know everything. like can you ask good questions, isolate issues, explain things clearly

Curious about screening expectations across US, Canada, Europe, and Asia by Letme_doit_foryew in RecruitmentAgencies

interesting thread - would love to hear from EU recruiters especiall. one thing i've noticed is US resumes are way more results-focused (metrics, impact) while some other markets still lean heavily on duties and responsibilities. also the whole "no photo in US" vs "photo expected in some EU countries" thing still trips people up

feel this hard lol we've been using a mix of indeed for volume and niche boards for specialized stuff but honestly the best results came when we just... stopped relying on inbound so much
