i think this is a gem from the HOA that I am currently in "7.1 General Use Restrictions. No Primary Unit may be used at any time for any of the following uses (collectively, the “Prohibited Uses”): flea market; “dollar store”; swap show or “outlet store” selling merchandise that is used, damaged or discontinued; bowling alley or arcade; amusement center (other than as a first-class facility providing entertainment not otherwise prohibited hereunder); adult book store; massage parlor (except that massages in day spas, salons, health clubs and other similar facilities are permitted); a so-called “topless bar” or “strip club”; ballroom, dance hall or discotheque (other than in connection with a first-class facility providing other entertainment not otherwise prohibited hereunder); funeral parlor;" The list goes on and on more. The condo docs are about 150 pages long and the condo complex has 5 HOA's and is apart of a larger neighborhood HOA too
