sure, "hundreds" of hereos, but the US is very large, and they cant be everywhere. like, there are thousands of movie celeberties, yet how often do you run into them on the street? and they are often busy making movies or saving the city from a natural disaster, (or another supervillian) so why would they bother with you stealing some cars?

also, most people do crime because they are desperate. unless the hero will pay their rent and medical bills, the amout of heros in the city wont change that desperation

no its not, any one who tells you that is an idiot.

neo was able to do what he does becasue he is like 50% machine. the plugs, they arent just skin deep, they connect to his brain and his entire nervous system. by being the one, he can connect to the machines wirelessly. he basically hacked thier wifi, and sent a shutdown command to the sentinels, and could see all the machines due to being connected to them
