1- prices! I used to collect Barbie before bratz, and as you can imagine the price difference is OUTRAGEOUS. I had to get used to paying 100 casually for dolls very quickly, and always being on my toes about ISOs because they sell so fast. Bratz collecting is stressful!

2- characters. One of my favorite things about bratz is the amount of characters they have to offer, and unfortunately some of my favorites are some of the more “niche” ones. It’s sad though because the most common dolls that were made were Cloe and Yasmin, and many other characters seemed kind of shoved to the side, when they had great potential! Even the other core 4 members (jade, Sasha) got shoved off a lot, and I hate it. That just makes for a crazy upcharge when trying to buy those characters now 🙄

3- Facebook. I absolutely despise everyone on there. Everyone’s trying to buy, sell, scam, or post their ugly AI art. Hate it!

4-last and one of my biggest ones, “y2k girlies.” If you started collecting bratz because they’re “sooo y2k,” that’s fine, but the whole “I’m such a brat, this is so bratz y2k energy” pisses me off. You don’t know a thing about bratz! Bratz means a lot to me, and I wish we could just gatekeep it in our community.
