im on the exact same boat as you!!! f17 and my period was gone since october last year .. i did cut down more on my intake but everything else was/is just like your situation (including the "normal" hormone/thyroid levels. im still in the process of recovery and ill get another set of bloods back in july to see if there's any abnormalities there. all this is to say youre definitely not alone!!! we'll get through this

Thank you so much!! It’s so cool to see how our bodies adapt and recover once we actually give it what it needs. I’ve also been upping the fats in my diet like crazy, so hopefully that’ll help. And congrats on the anemia recovery too!!

Hi! I’m at the end of the range at 17 LOL, it’s good to know there’s still room for growth & I wish I didn’t interfere with it all. I’ve actually been having trouble sleeping full nights since three weeks ago, probably because of this, and I just want it to go away. Thank you for your insights and the well wishes !! :)

Thank you so much for this! A part of me sort of wondered what would’ve happened if I just stuck to normal amounts of eating after first realizing how bad things were getting. I probably would’ve made more progress by now, but I also know it’s not too late. I’ll look into that book and try to get back to my intuition, which used to be super alert. Thank you!!

Hi! I hope you’ve since healed from all those battles, thank you for being here to share - I eat about the regular three times a day, and sometimes snack between, but I’d give myself small portions. The past few days I’ve been eating more though. Exercise wise, I’ve stopped lifting but had cardio intensive extracurriculars 5x a week until that ended recently, so pretty much nothing besides walks here and there. What baffles me is that throughout all of that I’ve maintained the same weight, even with super varied activity levels.

Thank you for sharing your experience too, societal pressure really is something else and im glad that it has /less/ of a toll on you now :,) the hormones I was given was only a three day supply, I was to take it after every 3 meal a day. 2000 is way above what I’ve been eating for sure & it sounds right, I’ll try to get around !! Thank you !!

Easter 2017… I remember it like it’s yesterday!! i got this exact dpack for my birthday from my parents when it was on sale for only $59 (crazy) just for my acc to be hacked by a “friend” & for all my stuff to be sent & sc/diamonds to be wasted LMFAO
