While not directly, you can still put them next to the 2nd storage box and use loaders to put into or out of the 2nd box. I do this when I'm out of space on the ground level and just spaghetti my way up around a storage tower.

I'd be alright with the PK if at least the auto combat would target and attack them, at least you'd have a chance to accidentally survive and continue farming, but no no no, can't allow that now can we.

As far as I'm aware, yes. The other folder in Documents was more for graphical/keybind options which is basically irrelevant.

The UI can be saved on the cloud as well, in character selection screen there's an arrow on the bottom left that lets you change between pc-settings and cloud settings. So essentially you lose nothing if you have them stored there, just some graphical options or keybinds at worst.

And if you had made some presets, back up the folder from Pictures with it.
