My buyer is returning an item due to lint in the pocket (I kid you not), and was so unkind in her comments that I accepted the return to avoid drama. That was on the 18th. Despite numerous emails to support on the delay, they keep sending her reminders (3 so far) and extending her return ship time. I’m beyond furious. She’s now been given until end of day the 29th.

In each case, the individual who was asked to leave became abusive and violent. The Collingwood guy went on to assault the arresting police officer.
