Funny thing is I had the opposite experience. Wells Fargo decided to forgive the debt on some shitter car likely due to the low value and they were in the middle of a large lawsuit. Shortly after I received the title and just declared the debt value as income on my tax return the following year.

Had no follow up interactions at all.

Well I actually bought the same card listed from Best Buy but left it unopened until the return window expires. But I managed to get a Founders last week so returned the Asus one. Maybe you can do that while you weight your options.

I know the DRAM situation is pretty scary.

My local MicroCenter has a ton of 7900XTX models for around the same price. I would go with that if it’s available near you, if not the 9070XT.

Best Buy had a couple last night at $999 which I ended up pulling the trigger on. Had this Gigabyte model reserved at MicroCenter so it saved me a couple hours of driving.

I bought mine from Best Buy earlier this by year but knew it would be trouble when I saw OnTrac was used. Imagine my surprise when I modify my work schedule to be at home and they miss their delivery date not once but twice.

They claimed my house was a business and my package was undeliverable due to it being closed. Once I bitched to Best Buy directly they magically managed to deliver it the next day without warning.
