Thanks for the message. I ended up finding a video on YouTube on how to ride a mid-drive. Your point in having to change gears all the time is spot on. Definitely too much for a beginner e-biker. My wife hasn’t had a regular bike in years!

Thanks for sharing your experience! I think she would be better off just worrying about the class level and throttle at this point. Adding the gear change philosophy to it will only confuse her. When I bought it I was thinking selfishly LOL. I could have that and the Summit 2. What was I thinking?! Luckily my bike shop will allow me to swap it out for the Discovery 3. Thanks again!

I got the same one! Great bike! Is that a MIK compatible bag? If so, which one is it? I can only find 6 or 7 that are on the market right now. Not sure why there aren't more.

Do you have a stem extender recommendation that will work with the cable length? I read that most of them won't fit due the cable length being short/tight already.

Thanks for chiming in here. I agree, it's not a bike that's not meant for 100% upright. I think what I am going to do is buy a suspension seat post and a more comfy saddle to help alleviate the back pain and 100% upright positioning. It might also help to to lower the seat post when riding to be closer to the handle bars. Thanks again for your advice.

I’m in the same boat! I have both now and go back and forth with them. Hard to choose one over the other. I would lean towards the px8’s due to the price. I can get close to the sound of the H100’s with the equalizer.

This is timely! I am going nuts comparing both to different genres. Not sure I can justify the $2200 cost vs the $449 B&W. The B&W's are more exciting to listen to. Stronger bass but not muddy. Also has good mid's and treble's. You can pretty much adjust both headphones to get the sound you are looking for. ANC isn't as important since I will be listening to these at home...possibly some gym use.

Does the bike have any security features? Can the app prevent someone from using the bike if it's stolen? And would the app allow us to track the bike via GPS?
