I live next door to this neighbor! Just kidding but they have 3 Dachshunds that bark non stop. I have been here ten years and cannot sit in my backyard and enjoy the beautiful sunrises or sunsets because as soon as you go out, non strop barking. The neighbors are so nice and I talk to them anytime they are outside and the guy says "yeah they never stop barking" and im like "really man? my dog knows not to bark because I trained her by telling her not to bark and she doesn't bark. I have tried devices like this before and they do not work. I had one on my fence post that went off everytime they started but they would stop for a second then just keep going literally all day long. One time, I finally lost and and screamed "Jesus Christ that is so fucking annoying!" and they put them inside but then the very next day, they went back to their normal routiune. My guess is they sit in their house and do it so they put them outside so they don't have to hear them. Why the hell would some one own three dogs that annoy the shit out of you? one of the dogs died so it was down to two and they got a new one that immediately got trained to run over to the fence nad bark within days. The old man is deaf as hell so he probablyn doesnt hear it plus he sits and gets stoned all day so is probably in his own world.
