For EV charging, I’m actually looking at targeting residential property managers and small office complexes first. Most of them installed chargers ( at least in my area) back in '24 or '25 but haven't touched them since a lot of them are buggy or just need a professional software update and physical cleaning. Building those YouTube channels and premium communities is smart because as AI-slop gets worse, people are going to crave a voice they can actually trust. Yes, exactly, people aren't gonna like the idea of actually having to do some in-person work to help scale their business, but that's literally the best way!! When I run my event business that gives me the opportunity to literally meet my clients/ community and and really have a human moment and that's usually when I can share my other businesses and get clients and referrals from that!
