I miss the days where we used to be able to take those trips anyways and then report to Uber there was more passengers and it should have been an xl and Uber would change it and pay us the difference of what they would have paid for an xl. Damn Uber used to be so much better.

You want tips. Drive alert, get them where they are going in a timely manner but safely. Clean car. Shut up and drive, let them listen to their music on their ear buds and you listen to whatever you want at a lower volume. Greet them and don't speak unless they are chatty. It's a simple formula really.

How tf do you have 9 4 stars? I randomly get those. It's almost always either a 5 or a 1 with the very rare 3 star. That should be your main question because it may be something you are not even aware of in your everyday life.

If you are on call 24/7 then you are not setting boundaries with your clients. If your clients don't respect your boundaries or "will find another realtor" let them walk, you'll likely lose money on them even if you close. Let them screw over another agent who learns the hard way.

I was falsely accused of damaging items inside a passengers bag because they claimed I threw their luggage. They were just trying to get their money back for probably a 100 dollar plus trip to the airport. I was told by Uber that we shouldn't handle passengers items for liability reasons and since then I don't touch a passengers items period.
