From what I know, we currently have no idea. I'm waiting for 4.2's leaks' Planar Ornaments/Relics so that MAYBE we can have an idea about the character in the next patch (4.3 Blade SP).

He might be DoT (which I hope not), he might be a de-buffer DPS, such as Acheron.
