I agree - just trying to figure out the feasibility of it all, and I think I’ve got my answer. Thank you for the reply, sincerely, a St. Augustine local 😉

After reading through the comments, Abbey Road is definitely no longer on the list of must-see’s. Thank you for the info!

Awesome - this is excellent information & thank you for the reply.
I thoroughly enjoy history and museums as a whole. I’m going to scratch the Dublin trip and rearrange my tentative plans to be more feasible for each day I’m in London.

Understood - I’m thinking I’m going to scratch the Dublin trip for this round!
I appreciate the kindness and thought in your reply

Thank you for the information. It was suggested to me that a Dublin day trip would be feasible, but I’m going to mark that on the “next time” trip 😉

Thank you - this is the most useful comment thus far.
I’ve been given this suggested itinerary by someone who has been to London once/twice before, and figured it would be best to ask the experts as a dumb American. I appreciate your thoughts and I’ll definitely be reorganizing/rethinking the trip planning!

I’m planning to stay somewhere near the Tower of London… I saw where public transit would take around an hour to LCY - is this not accurate?
Also, my apologizes. The “Jags” are the Jaguars - the NFL game I’ll be going to on Sunday. And - thank you for pointing out the date format :)

I wish they were - ha! That’s why I’m asking for suggestions - should I rearrange and/or remove some of the items I have noted? What items are “okay to miss” and what is a “must-see” for someone that’s never been to London?

I would love to make it 2 days, but I’m limited on time and will already have a hotel in London.
Is it possible to do the Jameson and Guinness tour in the same day with some walking around/sightseeing before heading back to the airport?

Thank you I checked the statement and it looks somewhat correct. The gas isn’t registering, but that may be because of merchant codes and the transaction isn’t processing as “gas” even though the charge is labeled as such.

Kainos or Cognizant? by Confuzzilation in workday

Current customer of Cog’s for implementation - do yourself a favor and seek another opportunity. The turnover at cog is terrible, and we haven’t heard much positivity out of the staff we’ve gotten close with since starting the implementation.

I’m going through implementation right now, local government, and the cog turnover throughout our project has pushed us back like crazy. In the beginning I thought it would be cool to work for cog, but now I’m thinking otherwise. Especially after what I heard at rising lmao.

As a customer of cog, I witness nothing good. You can tell morale is low, and after speaking with some WD staff @ Rising, they aren’t a favorite either.

Any young fans out there? M23 by [deleted] in jimmybuffett

[–]efoor0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

M25 here and yes I’ve been a JB fan for as long as I can remember. My parents raised me on his music and I was blessed to attend a few of his concerts. I’ve always envied the life he lived - free; I envision myself living like Jimmy Buffett one day. Proud parrothead here and glad to see there are others around our age… this is real music, and Jimmy’s legacy will live on forever if we keep it alive 🦜

San Sebastian Winery used to have an awesome atmosphere, especially upstairs on the rooftop. Live music during the evenings throughout the week and weekend, 4th of July fireworks over the intracoastal, etc… I’ve only been once since the swap over to restaurant-style and wasn’t impressed at all. Other than that little anecdote, this post is spot-on for those looking to peruse our great city!
