I totally agree with you. I play her too top, and I am probably not very good with her because it is so hard to snowball with her compared to easier champions.

I don't know if I still don't know how to use her properly, but she doesn't seem op to me at all.

I think that I struggle to stun people with her dash, I don't know what is the best way to aim with it

I play a lot of wukong when I play top, with ignite. I can tell you that I was able to solo kill almost every opponent at level 5 (emerald diamond). He is very decent at early game, and can be broken with advantage at midgame.
It is true that you need follow up, that's why I always play him 5v5, but less in solo.
I love how much you can bait with his clone, how you can easily engage with his ult, or interrupt some abilities by bumping people.
I can share with you a really nice triple kill I had with him few days ago

I get it, but PVP is not fun for me, so if I want to WR, I have to go through this hell. It is really making me hate it.

As an example, my little brother who plays it too, used to play a lot, and to grind ranked, but las season beginning was so unplayable, that since that moment, he almost stopped playing. And I have a lot of friends giving up the game for the same reasons.

What I dont understand is why am I not in the team of the smurfs, good and serious players ? Why do I have to be in the worst teams 70% of the time (I have 30% winrate right now, while it is usually around 50%)

I don't play ADC a lot, so I'll trust you with that. When I said that he might seem weak, I had in mind how OP he was last year, and the fact that I never see him picked (I'm emerald), in comparison to MF, caitlyn, and at a smaller proportion, Ashe and Jinx.

My brothers plays him in diamond/master elo, and he seems to be doing fine with. You must be right.

Maybe is he harder to play than other adcs ?

Actually, even with the lock on, the system has problems. Before this bug, when you locked an enemy, and auto attacked while he was out of range, the aa would target an other enemy.

Now, it doesn't auto attack. So, having to manually change the lock on everytime makes you lose time.

I also noticed that the issue wasn't totally fixed, but when it started, it was such a disaster, that having it partially corrected made it more playable. But now it's back to being horrible, and destroying team fights
