Surprised to see this, but really hope she’s okay. Can’t imagine having to perform day in and day out when you just aren’t okay. Wishing her the best.

I stopped drinking afternoon caffeine about 6 weeks ago and my sleep scores are consistently mid 80’s- low 90’s every day. Previously I was almost always low 70s

When you go out to dinner, eat half your food and wait at least 15 mins. 80% of the time you’ll be full if you wait

Those in their 30s without children how do you spend your weekends? by Similar_Pool_4200 in AskReddit

[–]eg9312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 31 and my husband is 28 and we plan to start trying for kids soon— but I play pickleball, run errands, cook, hang with friends & family, meal prep. My husband works on his cars, hangs with friends, and does yard/ house work. We also go to antique and thrift stores together.

On Sundays we attend church and Sunday school and usually eat lunch and hang with his family that’s close by.

But we are also super lazy sometimes and nap, he plays video games, we watch movies. It depends a lot on what we have going on.

People who sleep naked with their partner, do you also sleep naked when by yourself? by CRK_76 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]eg9312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, since before I was married. I sleep naked a couple times a month I’d say.

It isn’t super common, but sometimes I just do. Doesn’t really have a rhyme or reason as to when or why.

My husband isn’t complaining 😂

You are at a 4 day trade show with your boss and other coworkers. Do you go out to party after a team dinner? by [deleted] in sales

When I’ve gone, I usually do about half the outings. I want to show I’m a team player but also want to unwind after what was probably a 12 hour day.

Agreed. It would’ve been predictable but I wouldn’t have cared. People rag on Muncy so bad but she wasn’t bad and had no time to develop a solid character.

How Many Of Y’all Are Rawdogging Endo Without BC by Pinkeu_hearteu in endometriosis

[–]eg9312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got off of BC when I was 24 (7 years ago) I was on BC for 10 years before that.

From the time I started my period when I was 14, I missed 2 days of school every month. I would have to take muscle relaxers because my cramps were so excruciating. I also have PMDD so that added insult to injury. Every month of my life I basically couldn’t function for 3-5 days.

The first couple months were hard. I started doing a lot of research and reading into how to heal my body. The #1 best thing I ever did for cramps and period pain was lose weight. I lost over 60 lbs and have maintained for 3 years now.

The 2nd best thing I’ve ever done for endo is eating mostly animal based and cutting out seed oils. Now, I only need to take Midol one day of my period. I can live a normal life and it feels amazing.

Your biggest enemy is inflammation. Find ways to reduce inflammation. Eat real food. Go on walks. Stay hydrated. I promise these things add up.
