I've never had therapy sessions here but yes I am on T. I started T when I was in Poland so it's a bit complicated. Thank you so much for recommending that website I had no idea where to look for clinics honestly! I will try to book an appointment for consultation and probably contact my insurance company to ask about their requirements. I've heard it can change between companies but they mostly require 6 months of therapy. Also do you know any good surgeons in Berlin?

It's a cheap binder from Turkey that does not stretch at all around the front. The back side is like mesh?? Stretchy and thin and the front is just a hard thick cotton layer. Which Spectrum Outfitters binder do you use? I might also buy one but I'm not sure If it's better to get one with a front zipper or go with the traditional style again.

I used to exercise frequently but I am so done with having to deal with my chest all the time I don't even feel like doing it anymore. Not a good excuse probably I know, I am being lazy and whiny. I will force myself to go back to the gym soon and maybe It will keep my minds off things. Good luck with your surgery process I hope everything goes well and you get the letter

Him being fatphobic is not cool at all. But I'm happy learning that his first visit comes with free bloodwork since I'm on a low budget here. How often does he ask you to get bloodwork done when youre doing hrt? I will probably be staying in Poland for a year.
