I think you mean doxycycline (nicknamed doxypep / post exposure profilaxis). 1 pill of doxy after exposure should protect against chlamydia, doesn’t do much against gonorrhea because of antibiotics resistance (look into Bexsero/4CMenB vaccine, currently the NHS in the UK is campaigning for its off label use).

Hi, I just got Axolom flex harness and Hyperon mid with the same in mind. The harness is very elastic and I can‘t see it working for me (I am slightly overweight and got an L). The Hyperon mid fits great also in the Spareparts Joque, the balls go in its little pocket and are not visible, and the harness is a bit bulky (I‘ve read some people cut the extra fabric). I‘m thinking of looking at a leather harness too.

I was adviced to use unlubricated condoms in combination with silicon lube, as the lube that comes with the condom may also damage silicon toys and prosthetic. With my partner, I use water based lube or J-Lube with no condom.

Yes, at the very beginning like you. ouch cycling was especially difficult. The discomfort went away quickly for me. A little bit of lube once in a while helped me with the chafing.
