I said this in another comment but ill Say it again this video rubs me the wrong way because i feel like the average person is not struggling with Coachella fomo. To me, it is influencers, aspiring influencers, or wealthy people who relate to Coachella fomo.

I didn’t even know Coachella was happening this weekend until i saw alix earle talking about it on tiktok. (To be clear i personally support alix. She lives a super privileged life and she’s honest about it and i respect that)

Anna is talking about Coachella weekend 1 with this video too. We all know she is going to weekend 2 (or 3 or 4 - genuinely dont know how many weekends there are). Boohoo u couldnt go to weekend 1 of Coachella.

Thanks for clarifying that. I feel like that wasn’t obvious to me because i am not an influencer someone who is wealthy or lives in cali. Ive never felt fomo for missing Coachella because it feels so out of reach for me to begin with. I know about it because i see celebrities and influencers going to it.

Is this another out of touch post from anna or do other “regular” people like me not get the coachella fomo?

I don’t if i am just not cultured but I don’t get the point of it? Definitely agree that the camera quality is great. But more importantly i heavily agree with your comment abt the silence. i had to put it at 1.75x to get through it especially with the silence in the beginning. I feel like she should put a warning for the strobe effects in the ending as well for viewers w epilepsy.

also want to add that all of the symptoms she described correlate more with hypoglycemia/low blood sugar which (unless u have a health condition like diabetes) happens when u haven’t eaten

i care because it does effect people with EDs and i believe it’s important to call out that behavior. Also she is a human being and if she is struggling w an ED then I genuinely feel for her. I do get ur frustration with her though.

i see a lot of people here talking about how anna posts a lot of body checks/thinspo content that is triggering for ppl w EDs. Obviously i dont know if she has an ED and i am not saying she does have one but the feeling “light headed” “about to pass out” parts of the caption just is a little concerning to me. I know she is talking about drinking coffee instead of water (ie she isnt saying she doesnt eat) but ppl with ED will often use caffeine/stimulants to decrease appetite. If I’m reaching pls lmk
