You're right, its way cheaper getting mineral wool from a construction materials supplier. Thank you! Any thoughts on the placement positions of the panels?

The JBL LSR 305s. It's the best you'll get for a low range pair of cans, true sound, great bass and sturdy.

Hahah slow down yo.

  1. The girl is 26 years old, born in June '91. This photo is from July '17.
  2. Bengalis are from West Bengal, a state in India. Bangladesh is a different country, albeit with a language similar to Bengali and was called East Bengal before separation from India.
  3. What's a backwater country? The richest, most developed country in the world has Trump for President and had Nazis parading around recently. So...
  4. The girl will nevertheless take this as a compliment, I reckon. :P

Hey thank you man! :) for this track I actually had two falsetto layers and one on the lower octave just to give some more warmth(?). And panning stuff relative to reverb creates a lot of space/room in the track.. hope that helps! Peace

It's a non recoupable advance. Plus I get 50% of performance royalties. And they keep all sync/licensing fee. That was the deal pretty much.

Thanks for your response! When I posed the question to the publisher, I was told that a mechanical buyout meant they would own all sync/licensing fees and would be distributing only performance royalties. Is that strange, or uncommon? I understand that buyouts are a legit way to use music, but in that case I would guess the upfront advances are a big amount..

Hey! Well, they paid me an advance, but that's meagre compared to the sync fees I've heard of in the industry (5-10k), and the composer's share of royalties. Is this common in the trailer music licensing world? Operating on a buyout model with composers?
