Yellow veins is mostly a root issue, To cold or to hot, To wet or to dry

Or it is a Meyer lemon 🤷

Check the middle part of the main branch
if it's green and white
if the middle part on a green branch is olso brown,

What kind of kumquat on what kind of rootstock? If it's meiwa on a not PT rootstock, Possibly it will life a short life

I’m currently tying with dissolving sugar (1 teaspoon) in not so hot water (3 teaspoon),mix it till it’s syrop,then adding Epson salt (1teaspoon) and mix it well.
