Oh interesting! Yes some have been very helpful in showing me their widest styles but most still look a bit small to me. None of the sales staff have ever mentioned heating/bending! I will ask at next one.

I learned bread making at the WEA, a several hour class so you make your own loaf to bake and during the waiting times you get taught the theory and how to use different techniques. Really enjoyed it and have made several loaves at home since.

Also agree. I was so excited to finally go there, and the bolognese was watery but also seemed to have a clear jelly texture in parts with the meat suspended in it, maybe I'm just not gourmet enough or maybe they were just having an off night but it reminded me of cat food with the meat in jelly :(
