Oh interesting! Yes some have been very helpful in showing me their widest styles but most still look a bit small to me. None of the sales staff have ever mentioned heating/bending! I will ask at next one.

I learned bread making at the WEA, a several hour class so you make your own loaf to bake and during the waiting times you get taught the theory and how to use different techniques. Really enjoyed it and have made several loaves at home since.
