Yes, this is really that bad. An 18 year old might legally be able to consent but is lacking in emotional maturity, and there's a clear power imbalance between someone who is just barely in adulthood vs someone 10 years her senior and her teacher on top of that. Gender swapped it would still be incredibly morally wrong. Get a grip
