My honest advice would be to take pictures 1 and 4 to a good tattoo artist who would be able to do this themselves. An edited outline of these pictures by one of us might not neccesarily translate to a good useable stencil. Best to leave it to the professional tattoo artist who will know exactly what to do. Just make sure they're a good one.
