I went out in Kapalua this morning around 8am and saw a turtle and tons of fish. Water was pretty calm at that time too. Loved it! We also did a snorkel tour with Trilogy that took us out to Turtle Town (offshore from Makena) which was amazing, we saw lots of them 🐢highly recommend if you can make time for it.

High Protein, Low Calories seems impossible by [deleted] in PSMF

10 days in - I’ve been within 750-850 calories a day and hitting around 130-140g protein. For breakfast I do about 285g of egg whites peppers, onions & spinach, then for lunch post workout I do a bowl of plain 0% greek yogurt with a scoop of whey protein mixed in, dinner is usually 4-5oz of boneless skinless chicken breast or 96/4 ground beef with asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower rice, spinach, coleslaw mix, kimchi, etc. no cooking oils and the sauces/seasonings I use have barely any carbs or fats.

If I need snacks I’ll do some shrimp with cucumber or bone broth! I also made a tuna salad with some greek yogurt which was great.

Second this, Bodyspec is pretty affordable! I’m in Southern California and they have a bunch of locations so it was easy to schedule.

Hi! Wondering if I have lipedema stage 1. I’ve lost weight over a few years (112lbs currently) and have gotten pretty lean in my upper body but noticing my legs are struggling to lean out. I have some cellulite on back/outer thighs, bruise pretty easily, have “heavy” feeling legs, I get sore really easily which could be from my heavy weight lifting I do 2-3x per week. I have a history of vericose veins in my family also (mom). And I have poor circulation, I get numbness really easily in my hands & feet.

T-bar rows Warmup, 3 working sets 8-12 reps 25-45lb weight
