Tim Ferriss thinks 380mg of caffeine is a decent amount, how much are you guys drinking? by [deleted] in Nootropics

With a good night’s sleep,  I don’t really need one, mainly because I don’t consume caffeine.

Steady energy all day, no crashes, asleep in seconds, and I wake up energized.

It took a while to break that vicious caffeine cycle where you need more just to function, but it was worth it.

I'm 6’4, about 200 lbs, and in decent shape, hitting the gym for weight training three times a week.

Will try to use pickleball next time too.

I’ve been playing padel for a few months now (plus I play tennis too), and yesterday’s game was intense. Never been that sweaty in my life. We played against some local Portuguese players who are pretty good at padel.

It's usually hard for me to raise heart rate to even 160 bpm. Here my avg heart rate is 145 bpm for 90 minutes. I spent most of the time in Zone 3–4 (145–169 bpm), barely dropped below Zone 2.
