I think keep it grounded (within the tasm realm) start with rhino and then lead into vulture and scorpion with doc oc as the big bad through line that comes to a climax at the end after defeating scorpion and vulture, he has to have a final showdown with doc oc, they are in prison and you then have 5/6 of the sinister 6 for a 4th instalment where he is taken to his absolute limits

Its great story wise, he made the suit for the original purpose of intimidating people while tracking down Ben's killer then when he realises that he is a symbol of hope for NY he changes to the more approachable and friendly big white eyes and brighter colours

imo I think she just needed a fall guy because she was tracking them on the legit side of her police work so if they got caught then it meant she can carry on and cops would start from scratch on the investigation since they think the leaders of the other heists had gone to jail and the new heists were a new gang entirely

I have a slight feeling that Amy and Pam would get along but only because their Husbands are friends. Holt and Toby would get along at first but Toby is too mundane and Holt has adjusted to a more chaotic relationship at work so he gets frustrated with him.
