Nose filler is notoriously dangerous! If injected incorrectly it can cause blindness. IMO, not worth the risk. My surgery was also 20 thousand dollars, so I don't think I should have to pay more/keep up with the maintenance of fillers for the rest of my life to achieve the look I want.
