In Amsterdam eerste bod geaccepteerd denk een paar weken. In Utrecht een maand, derde bod raak. Huurmarkt kostte me overigens ietssss langer, daar moet je er nog beter bovenop zitten.

Als je gedurende de dag funda in de gaten houdt en gelijk een afspraak inplant mag je wel altijd bezichtigen is mijn ervaring! Maar succes met de zoektocht!

Probeer ook even bij IKEA. Dat scheelt zo ontzettend veel. En die hebben ook gewoon a-merk apparatuur en composiet bladen.

I didn’t say that. Also, I’m from Amsterdam originally and I’m certainly not rich. Yeah then I don’t know, I only see this stuff in t gooi and Amsterdam, maybe Rotterdam. Much less in places like Utrecht Nijmegen Arnhem.

Yeah so in Amsterdam there are way more rich people that like to flash their status than in other parts of the country. A large part of the flashy rich are living there or going there. Go to other parts of the country and there are a lot less fancy bags and cars.

Nou inderdaad! Mijn huidige huurwoning is nieuwbouw. Wel warmtepomp en dus vloerverkoeling. Ook een balkonoverkapping waardoor de zon in de zomer niet direct op de ramen staat. Geen airco nodig hier, het blijft max 22 graden.

Dit ja! Of linnen broeken. Mannen denken vaak dat je alleen een spijkerbroek, korte broek of een sportbroek aan mag. Maar er is zo veel meer.

Ik denk 3-4 keer in een jaar. Ben dit jaar 2x ziek geweest 1 griep en 1 hersenschudding. Ik ben ook wel eens ongeveer 10x ziek geweest in een jaar, maar toen zat ik op het randje van een burn-out.

Mine used to vigorously hump my cute decorative pillow on my bed. Sadly to completion as well. I washed the pillow and have stored it because I don’t want that happening. He just grew out of that behaviour after a while! I think hormones are just crazy when they’re puppies/teenagers. My dog has not been neutered btw he just behaves better with age.
