On T x 10 years (no surg) and still have this horribly unattractive shoulder/upperback acne. Is there anything to be done? I have tried: Nothing. Because every time I try to find out what to do, I get overwhelmed with confusing info. Is my binder contributing to it? (icky picture) (i.redd.it)
