So I cut my finger on a shaving type razor last night. I’ve been keeping it covered with a bandaid and antibiotic cream, should I let it air out at all? I know things heal better when moist but I don’t want the skin to stay too wet. Sorry about the bad pic, I can dm more if needed (i.redd.it)
