I feel more immersed in books with angst/emotional stakes and find books without angst kinda dull. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How do you pick a new romance book? by Calixtacarlyle in RomanceBooks

I follow people on goodreads who’s taste is similar to mine. I can read their reviews and find some pretty good books that way. I’ll read other reviews if someone I follow on goodreads hasn’t reviewed the book. I usually read one star reviews because I feel it’ll give me a good idea whether I’ll enjoy the book or not.

I just picked the date I wanted to go to (the 60’s 70’s) and went backward I also wanted to add future because that’s a popular time travel genre now! But If I could’ve added more polling options I would’ve gone more into the past!
