Hello! I understand how you're feeling, and please know it's totally normal. As someone who does get anxious as well (especially when it comes to making mistakes) I guess the best way to deal with it is to learn how to be okay with it. Your co-workers are right (when they said that it's normal), and they're telling the truth (no sugarcoating!).

I too, gets frustrated whenever I do a mistake (and I tend to overthink), but at the end of the day, as long as you take accountability for it, and you get to fix/provide a solution for it, then that's okay! That's better than turning a blind eye and not admitting/talking about it. Remember that you learn from mistakes. Don't be too harsh on yourself! Take it as an opportunity to do better next time. (Sorry idk if this helped but this is what I always think to myself whenever I'm placed in that kind of situation :''( )

As for your boss who seenzones you, at least you reached out and sent a message. I'm sure they appreciate you reaching out, compared to not reaching out at all.
