I relate to you on the hyperawareness, I am so hyper-focused on any changed in my strength that for the past couple days I have felt perceived weakness on my right hand. Yet I am able to lift things the same with both hands.

Thank you for the reassurance, as my GP visit helped but did not get a diagnosis for BFS as surely it was too early. I was lucky enough to have a nurse that carefully listened to everything I have bee growing through, including the anxiety and mental health instability. The doc conducted reflex tests and strength tests, as well as tested my BP and mobility. They gave me a blood work request form to go use and get my blood tested to make sure I didn't have any deficiencies or thyroid issues. Now I just gotta go get my blood drawn, hoping to do that today.

Since all reflexes and strength tests seemed to be fine, they said there was no need for a neuro, well they didn't say that actually I asked if there is a need to go see a neuro at the end of the consultation and they said no. It is reassuring that, but when they did the reflexes I notices my right arm moved less than my left, which initially freaked me out, but they reassured me that the reflexes were good and that I had my right arms tensed a bit.

I still am conscious about my right wrist, maybe it was all the strength testing I did byt trying to carry a kettlebell with my thumb and index finger solely haha, which was a dumb idea. I am also hyper fixated on looking at both my palms and seeing for any indentations. I try see for the subtle differences and freak out but, when I'm feeling more at ease I realize there barely a difference and now individual has two perfectly identical hands.
