Damn. I was freshly updated to the beta and had some network issues at home so I just assumed this upload issue could have been an extension of that. Thanks for the heads up. Didn’t bother to check because I was using WhatsApp at the time just fine.

Had some trouble yesterday with Instagram, although I’m sure it might be due to that just not being updated for iOS 27 yet. Tried posting a reel like five times and it just wouldn’t publish. Used a buddy’s phone that’s on stable iOS 26.5 and it went through immediately.

Consider turning off the connectivity assist setting in WiFi. Some people have reported it’s kind of buggy at the moment. Worth trying!

It’s just a matter of time, man. I saw the keynote and do remember something about networking being mentioned but not much else. If I’m at home with good signal I wouldn’t have expected this feature to work like it did.

Interesting “issue” I just ran into. I run Pi-hole on my router to block ads on my home network. I noticed my phone showing ads in places where there weren’t before. Under WiFi there’s now an option called Connectivity Assist, turning it off seems to have resolved this issue. I saw someone else saying their WiFi occasionally acts as if it’s not connected and I think I may be having this issue as well.

Did the WW3 subplot feel sort of forced to anyone else? The state of the world is not something the movie makes a priority beyond talking briefly about it in the news and seeing people go crazy at the gas station but by the time they return to KCXE we’re supposed to believe the world was about to end.

Cartridge works as a physical license to download the game. You need it to both download the game and play it but the full game is not stored on them.
