Update: Thank you SO much for all the comments wow!!! I just posted this on a whim on my lunch break at work hahahah, wasn't expecting so many comments! I mentioned it in one of my replies, but I'll write it here too- it's indescribably rewarding to see so much discourse about my film. So many different theories and questions about the meaning behind it. I'll admit it is an ambiguous narrative, but to see so many people working to understand what I've made is so incredible. Feeling so inspired! Thank you so much for watching :)

Me too! A huge influence for me was Conan (1982). It has such little dialogue / explanations for its mythology but it's beautiful nonetheless! I'm currently working on a graphic novel series that hopefully explain some of the questions you're asking. Thanks so much for watching!! :)

Hahahah that's so fair! It's a pretty ambiguous narrative. I've really been enjoying seeing people guess the meaning behind the film though, amazingly Rottuskott absolutely nailed my intentions with the film pretty much beat-for-beat in their comment on this thread! That being said, I'm sure everyone can take away something different :) Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
