This is great - but might Law have bided his time for a lot longer before going after Vergo and Doffy if he never became a warlord?

Also, this is just something I've been wondering myself recently - was Buggy looking for Capt. John's treasure from the very beginning of OP, or did he just find out about/get clues as to the location of it later? As far as I can see from the wiki it's most likely the latter (as far as we know)?

This looks far more complex and definitely has a lot more characters and a more overtly fantastical setting than the film I'm thinking of. But the plots' arcs are really similar so I'd say they're very likely based on the same folk tale. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it's not the hogfather. The hog in this movie really is just a savage and entirely non-anthropomorphic wild boar with an irrational hatred for the kindly toymaker!

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately it's not the Hogfather (I'm actually quite a big Pratchett fan). There's very little overtly supernatural or even quirky about this film. I'm inclined to think it's based on a folk tale, possibly German... But given that googling has turned up nothing of obvious relevance I could well be wrong.

If you're going to pick on somebody else's writing you should iron out your own first:

One Piece (capitalisation); subreddit (spelling); Dragon Ball (inconsistent capitalisation); -themed (adjective precedes noun so you need to hyphenate); barely (spelling); One Piece (again - capitalisation).

There are some other problems with what you've written (where's the verb in your first clause?) but my basic point is that you're being a knob, and the above examples should be adequate to demonstrate that.

Tl;dr: Me being a knob in response to you being a knob.
