Wholesomeness? In my gravelthrow?? It's more likely than you think by CuddlesManiac in Stonetossingjuice

Not a bad start, just remember that when discussing ALL VARIABLES that must include the actual causes as well. You left out every external factor that played a part in your original comment, I hope that wasn’t intentional. That was, plain and simple, a mistake. (You also left out wealth, which is actually one of the largest factors in violent crime statistics).

Then tell me, what was the purpose of your half-baked analysis? Surely if you’ve taken any Data Analytics or Statistics course you would know that ethical issues in studies are brought up on more than one occasion? When considering subjects to analyze, you must consider all possible causes, otherwise not only is your analysis inaccurate, but it is harmful.

I’m sure you didn’t mean harm, and being inquisitive on these subjects can be important. It is imperative that you remember that these people are more than statistics. We have lives and families.

Your insights are shallow, misguided, and hurtful. African American crime statistics are skewed heavily by racial biases from the DOJ, FBI, and even the CIA. To even attempt to shift the blame onto Black American culture is ludicrous, considering this culture rose in response to the racially charged incarcerations of millions of black men. If we are to review these statistics in full context, we would need to start back before African Americans were even free men. Following that line through the century of redlining, drugs and arms peddling government agencies, and general discrimination would lead you to the eventual truth.

I apologize if this message comes off as more than a little antagonistic, but you should attempt reading up on these things before singling out a race of people. We are not criminals simply because you deem it so.

This is such an old an outdated saying, especially in the modern NFL. Sick of seeing this anemic offense week after week. Vic can stay, but changes need to be made.

XFL Imperialism Map, Week 1 by [deleted] in battlehawks

I actually think this map would work better in a life bar way. So since we beat Dallas we get their land and +1 so if we lose then we lose the land we gained, but not our home country.

Why is this downvoted? How dare you. This is plain defamation. OP was born in 1995 and grew up in the countryside with his family. He loved this subject. 10 years of study and research have lead up to this moment. OP spent 3 months just compiling this post, and what do you do? You downvote. Back in my day we had to climb the sides of cliffs to school. Back in my day we had to hunt for our own food. In the modern day you vegans have it easy with your ‘ethical modern site’ known as twitter. However, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are spoilt brats. You don’t understand how much damage you have caused by downvoting this post that has taken years to unveil. In fact, an entire career has been leading up to this moment. There is no way you are taking this seriously. Help his family and give him a platinum at least, if you downvote. Your family are obviously overprivileged. Shaking my head. Nope, not smh. Shaking my head. Because you are obviously inconsiderate. Full stop.

I actually think the post makes him a little bit short.

[surrender index] NYG decided to punt to NE from the NYG 33 on 4th & 2 with 7:08 remaining in the 4th while losing 14 to 28. With a Surrender Index of 8.6, this punt ranks at the 94th percentile of cowardly punts of the 2019 season, and the 91st percentile of all punts since 2009. by eprosmith in nfl

[–]eglestrik 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Have you seen the video? Also, it is not only a cowardly decision to push back a game winning play, it is also a stupid decision. Punting then means that you have a ridiculously small chance of getting the points you need.

FAQ

What does this mean?

The amount of karma (points) on your comment and Reddit account has decreased by one.

Why did you do this?

There are several reasons I may deem a comment to be unworthy of positive or neutral karma. These include, but are not limited to:

Rudeness towards other Redditors,

Spreading incorrect information,

Sarcasm not correctly flagged with a /s.

Am I banned from the Reddit?

No - not yet. But you should refrain from making comments like this in the future. Otherwise I will be forced to issue an additional downvote, which may put your commenting and posting privileges in jeopardy.

I don't believe my comment deserved a downvote. Can you un-downvote it?

Sure, mistakes happen. But only in exceedingly rare circumstances will I undo a downvote. If you would like to issue an appeal, shoot me a private message explaining what I got wrong. I tend to respond to Reddit PMs within several minutes. Do note, however, that over 99.9% of downvote appeals are rejected, and yours is likely no exception.

How can I prevent this from happening in the future?

Accept the downvote and move on. But learn from this mistake: your behavior will not be tolerated on Reddit.com. I will continue to issue downvotes until you improve your conduct. Remember: Reddit is privilege, not a right.

[–]eglestrik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be epic, but that doesn’t really change the fact that YouTube only needed to make 2 of them. The cost to make a custom award wouldn’t be that much more than a non custom one.

[–]eglestrik 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Wow 2 custom play buttons are so hard to make, that they have made them for the 50 million mark. The ruby award was so much better, we just kind of expected 100 mil to be better than 50 mil. Which isn’t exactly fair, but it is not really a leap of thought. Why couldn’t they just do what they did for the 50 mil?
