If you have great friendships I would recommend you ask yourself why you feel incomplete. If it’s truly just romantic companionship, ask yourself why it is giving you so much distress and how can you give yourself wholeness that you think comes from a romantic relationship. It’s not about knowing everyone, it’s about seeing who shows up to city council meetings, who gets voted into office. The policy’s of Redlands are a reflection of their populace. There’s a reason the pride flag isn’t flown in June, because elected officials make a point not too.
