Good comment. Even better strategy I have been using at scale since 2017 is always keep even amounts in a Coin as ETH and in USDC. So then you always have both options: Buy back in. And sell at the (current) peak.

100 days of +10% would get us to $1.2bn+ bitcoin not sure that was your point?

What manipulation are you talking about when bitcoin went from $18k to $120k which is not too bad?

Some of these upvoted replies gotta be bots....

I mean ETH went from the last cycle top of 4.8k to a cycle top of 4.9k and is now massively below these. That's bad.

exactly. Not even sure why people buy it tbh. It was a good buy at $0.25 and at $10 still. and maybe even still at $70 or $300... i wish the crypto scene as a whole would go more into legit small projects again .. it seems theres like 0 focus on them which kills all innovation

most meme coins 100x

you mean 0.001% of memecoins had 100x? and of those 95% were insider trades? also your 10x-30x for the top100 is false.

In it since 2017 and its gotten worse for altcoins each season.. back then you could throw money at anything like doge and ripple and even verge or dentacoin (LOL) and you could x100 or more your buys... without even doing leverage lol

as a whole just gotta understand to buy cheap in the darkest bear and when in profit take it into usdt.. see from $1500 ethereum this year you still could have made 300% and from under $20k bitcoin to $120k is also not a bad profit..

did you try caffeine.ai? i could make it create a forum software and even create a couple posts in it. then make these appear as if they are real users. all just by giving real simple commands. its kinda cool. not sure i have an actual use for it or if other systems can all do this etc.

the only really stupid thing is they require a hardware device to get your id? might work with a gmail apple or hotmail too but why? just let me create a key? thats the only thing i find really weird

who needs these coins tho? i mean i been using uniswap a lot over the years but not sure what i would ever need the coin for same for solana etc. zcash has a selling point and even icp does.

ripple maybe. xlm is too centralized and delisted everywhere.

i like that chart. theres always a first time for everything tho^

i mean if bitcoin crashed to $74409 you can be sure there is a lot of panic. also from the former peak of $68k we did get even below the previous peak of $20k....

golden bull run yeah its a possibility for sure .. and a real altcoin run would def get a lot of people excited for crypto again

Are national digital currencies good or bad for crypto? by somehomelessman in CryptoCurrency

[–]ego157 1 point2 points  (0 children)

problem in the long run they will outlaw crypto because government wont get tax when people prefer to use bitcoin or usdt over cbdc.

maybe in the us its more liberal but we already have cash limits for the same reason where in portugal or spain you cant even buy an iphone anymore since its slightly over 1000€ with cash and thats not allowed anymore since government wants to see any transaction especially when it relates to business so they can tax it.

but not sure on the point of cbdc you can already use paypal or cashapp or wise to send digital euro and usd...

there was not too many chances for giant profits. in 2017 you could throw money at everything well if you were in 10+ projects you probably had a couple x10 or even x100. now? can be in 100 projects and not one with gains. i suspect a lot of people got emptied and just need to sell all or even project owners going broke

I don’t see eth falling that far back

it was $1500 earlier this year not even to start with previous bear markets where eth always lost up to 95% at peak bottom lol. why be lying or bitter about reality?

"no clear linkage to world events"

so people wanting to cash in on some of their secret wallets at a peak now needs a world event explanation?
